The following are the TERMS and CONDITIONS as they relate to the SVS FINE JEWELRY DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE:
The SVS DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE only applies to earth mined GIA, FOREVERMARK and AGS diamonds with lab reports
The SVS DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE only applies before you purchase your SVS Fine Jewelry diamond. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it subject to store policy.
To verify the competing diamond price, you must provide SVS with (1) a copy of the grading report from either GIA, AGS, or Forevermark for the competitor's diamonds, and (2) a link to their website offer or a published offer.
The competiting price must be available to any member of the public and cannot be a unique discount.
The lower price must remain in effect at the time of your request, expired offers or sales are not eligble.
Competiting price must be in US currency.
The competitor's diamond must have the exact same characteristics, includuing cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, fluorescence, table and depth percentage, symmetry, etc... as the SVS Fine Jewelry diamond that you are comparing it with. SVS Fine Jewelry reserves the right to review your request and decide, in our sole discretion whether the diamond is comparable.
The SVS DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE does not apply to lab grown diamonds or fancy colored diamonds.
The competitor's diamond must have a GIA, AGS, or Forevermark lab report dated within the last 1 year.
The competitor's diamond must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at that price.
The SVS FINE JEWELRY price is the final price after any gift certificates, promotional discounts, affiliation discounts, or rebates have been applied. Costs for comparable shipping and handling will be included in the price comparion. Also, note that competitor's special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates and bundled discounts are not eligible.
Offers advertised as limited time or quantity, clearance, liquidation and going-out-of-business sales, and loyalty program offers are not eligible.
The SVS FINE JEWELRY DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE does not apply when the comeptitor or SVS FINE JEWELRY have made a pricing error or typographical error on an item.
Pawn Shops and auction houses are not eligible.
Only one diamond per client is eligible for the SVS FINE JEWELRY DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE (multiple claims on the same diamond are not eligible, regardless of the quantity ordered) and the SVS FINE JEWELRY DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE can only be applied once per diamond, even if a lower-priced offer is subsequently found.
The SVS FINE JEWELRY DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE only applies to purchases for personsal uses and excludes those for resale or commerical purposes.
If SVS FINE JEWELRY decides to match a competitor's diamond price, we will honor the new price for full payment in 48 hours.
SVS FINE JEWELRY reserves the right to verify all information regarding the competing offer and to refuse to offer a lower price, in its sole discretion, if it is unsatisfied with its ability to verify the competing price. SVS, reserves the right to (1) deny requests, (2) modify these terms at any time, and (3) terminate the SVS FINE JEWELRY DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE at any time.
