Maintaining the beauty of your SVS jewelry is easy. Simply bring your items to SVS Fine Jewelry in Oceanside, NY for a complimentary steam cleaning and ultrasonic bubble bath. In most cases we are able to clean your pieces while you watch! For the fastest service we recommend bringing your jewelry from Monday through Thursday. There is no need to call ahead or schedule an appointment.

Have jewelry that needs more than just a bubble bath? We can restore the shine to your jewelry that has been dulled by everyday wear. Our repair department offers rhodium, polishing, and refinishing for a nominal fee.

Can’t make it to the showroom? We recommend using our all natural jewelry cleaner when at home.

SHOP AT HOME JEWELRY CLEANER

Custom jewelry does not have to be more expensive. At SVS Fine Jewelry we provide a premier jewelry design service using our 3D CAD-CAM technology all in-house. Doing all of our work in-house, allows us to control costs and craft you a beautiful piece of jewelry at a fair price. You will sit with our experienced designers and watch your dreams come to life on the computer screen. At SVS Fine Jewelry we are one of the very few stores in the country able to not only make your dream come to life on screen we will grow your piece 3-D right in store. Using our state of the art 3-D printer we will grow your piece out of wax for you so you can hold it in your hand for approval prior to our master jewelers creating the final piece out of metal.

We offer traditional hand engravings and the newest state of the art laser engraver that can engrave on jewelry, wine bottles, wood, flatware and more. From engraving fingerprints of little ones for Mother’s Day, to include a special date on wedding bands, SVS can memorialize your occasion. We can even engrave your handwriting on a piece of jewelry!

In our Oceanside showroom our repair studio is truly “where the magic happens”. Located behind glass, our jewelers work each day while shoppers can watch. It is important to note that nearly all jewelry is repaired on our premises and does not get shipped out to a third party. There is no better way to ensure the quality of work done than to manage it in-house.

Our jewelers are super friendly, with an appointment, you can sit with them and watch your jewelry or diamond being set/repaired right before your eyes.

At SVS Fine Jewelry we can take care of all your pearl needs. Most pearl strands should be restrung every year or two depending on how often you wear them. Our professional stringer uses silk only to restring your pearls. Silk is more flexible ensuring that your pearls will rest attractively on your neck. We also put an individual knot between each pearl for safety. Pearls must be treated gently. Avoid direct contact with cosmetics, hairspray and perfume, which can damage your pearls. With pearls they should be put on last and taken off first. Pearls should be stored alone in a lined box.

SVS Fine Jewelry provides all levels of watch repair from simple battery replacement to full overhaul and cleaning of your timepiece. We also provide partial services such as crystal, gasket, crown, pins and springs replacement, as well as band replacements and pressure testing. Our talented watch makers have over 100 years of combined experience and most repairs can be done in-house. When our watch maker is in, in most cases we can even change your battery while you wait!

We will provide you with an estimate for your repair over $40.00 after your watch has been carefully evaluated to note any problems. We will then contact you with the estimated cost and timeframe. We keep you informed every step of the way and never complete any repairs without your consent. Once an estimate has been approved, the average turnaround time is roughly 3-10 weeks, depending on availability of materials and complexity of repair.
