No, we are proud to be a fully staffed jewelry repair studio in our Oceanside, NY showroom. You can make a SAME DAY APPOINTMENT to have your precious pieces taken care of. Also, our jewelers love an audience and they are not shy! You are welcome to sit in the studio and watch the entire repair while they work!

Yes, if a situation arises and a ring becomes stuck we do cut rings off by appointment only - Our jewelers make sure to take time and caution to remove the ring carefully with as little damage as possible to the ring while keeping your finger safe as well. Pricing starts at $25

When you stop in the showroom we will evaluate your repair needs and give you an estimate right here.. Once approved, we finish work on the piece and have it reviewed by the quality assurance team then reach out to you to let you know your piece is ready for pick up.

No, we do not send out repairs, our repair studio is fully staffed and we do not outsource repairs. We do it all in house!
